Your role - This role is responsible for advice, development, implementation and post-campaign measurement of marketing programs at local, regional, or international level. - Ensures all programs are consistent with UBS branding and communication guidelines, meet necessary regulatory requirements and adhere to the required approval processes - Long term and comprehensive practical experience in marketing and communications, events, sponsorship and hospitality management and implementation, preferably including international experience. - Extensive working knowledge of communications and marketing in the financial sector - Experience of working across functions and businesses, with a regional perspective - Ability to pro-actively plan and manage all the facets of an event or campaign with an eye to widespread influences and results in a corporate environment. - Experience with multi-faceted and complex event projects particularly related to high net worth individuals - Excellent creative and conceptual abilities (analytical, creative, client and goal oriented) - Major focus on client relationship management and cultivation (creation of concept, execution, ability to set guidelines and deadlines, manage budgets)

Your team China Marketing Team handles event marketing of all China teams(both international and domestic). Team also drive and executive various partnership programs, WeChat platform as well as working closely the with regional branding team on advertising campaigns.
Your experience and skills - Team player - 8 – 15 years working experience in project management and marketing communication in a financial or luxury good industry environment - Emotionally robust and used to work under pressure - Willingness for hands-on contribution - Intercultural/international management and negotiation skills and good understanding of Asian markets and its cultures in particular - English; Mandarin and Cantonese; other Asian language(s) a plus - Able to perform in a complex and changing environment
- Able to work in or adjust to an international and multi-cultural environment - Goal-oriented management of financial, personnel and technical resources. - Excellent working knowledge of basic computer programs (including Word, Excel, Templates, Webmaster) - Dependable detail-oriented, with an eye for quality - Proactive and with intrinsic drive for service excellence and efficiency - Personal flexibility and dependability (frequent evening and weekend work) - Open-minded and uncomplicated cooperation with clients and co-workers. - Knowledge about the banking industry - Flexibility to travel in the region - Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Journalism
